1.1

to all the terms of this agreement (especially the terms in bold to remind the user to pay attention) on the

1.2
After the user successfully registers, MoreYu operator will activate MoreYu service for
the account provided by the user according to the registration requirements when applying and registering for
MoreYu service based on the objective needs of using MoreYu service. The user has the right

basis of opening it and agreeing to provide services to it. At the same time, the user agrees:
1.2.1 Users should keep their MoreYu account and password properly.

1.2.3 In the process of using MoreYu service, users must bear full responsibility for their own behavior in using MoreYu service, any information released and disclosed by the user through the MoreYu service, and any consequences arising therefrom.
1.2.4 Users can use the settings function to confirm and control the disclosure method and visibility scope of the information they submit, publish or display when using MoreYu service.
1.3
In the process of using MoreYu service, users have legal rights and bear corresponding legal
responsibilities for their own use of MoreYu service and any information released and disclosed
through MoreYu service. At the same time, the user agrees:
1.3.1 The operator of MoreYu has the right to use the content of MoreYu (the content of MoreYu refers to the information published by the user on MoreYu, such as text, pictures, videos, audios, etc.).
1.3.2 Without the prior written permission of MoreYu operator, users are not allowed to illegally capture the contents of MoreYu by themselves or authorize or assist any third party. 1.4
Users should strictly abide by the Robots Agreement issued by the operator of MoreYu when using
MoreYu service.
Without the prior written consent of MoreYu operator, no user may, by himself or entrust any third

1.5
To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, the user agrees and authorizes MoreYu operator to
take any form of legal action against any behavior that infringes on the user's legitimate rights and interests
(including but not limited to private copying, use, editing, plagiarism, etc.), including But it is not limited
to necessary rights protection measures such as complaints and lawsuits.
1.6
The operator of MoreYu has the right to directly entrust the service or the rights and obligations
under this agreement to its affiliates or other third-party companies for operation, management and performance.
The operator of MoreYu does not need to obtain separate authorization from the user in this regard.
The operator of MoreYu will do its best to avoid the inconvenience caused by the aforementioned
entrustment or change to the user's use of MoreYu service. The operator of MoreYu will try
its best to notify the user in a timely manner through the website, platform, private message, email, etc. In
this Agreement, affiliated companies refer to any enterprise that controls a party, is controlled by a party, or
is under common control with a party under the same entity. Control means direct or indirect ownership of more
than fifty percent (50%) of the equity, voting rights or management rights of the enterprise.
1.7
In order to improve users’ experience and satisfaction with MoreYu service, users agree that the
MoreYu operator can conduct research and analysis of user data to further optimize MoreYu service.
2.1
The specific content of MoreYu service is provided by MoreYu operator based on the actual situation,
including but not limited to account services, information processing, storage, browsing, and other practical
functions. MoreYu operator has the right to make changes, upgrades, or other adjustments to the services or
product forms it provides, and will update the page or inform users in a timely manner.
2.2
Some of MoreYu services provided by MoreYu operator are paid network services, and users need to
pay a certain fee to MoreYu operator to use the paid network services. For paid network services, the
MoreYu operator will give users clear prompts before using them. Only when users confirm their willingness to
pay the relevant fees according to the prompts can users use such paid network services. If the user refuses to pay
the relevant fees, MoreYu operator has the right not to provide such paid network services to the user.
2.3
Users understand that MoreYu operator only provides technical services related to MoreYu
service. In addition, equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and
other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile networks) and The required fees (such as telephone and
Internet access fees to access the Internet, mobile phone fees to use mobile networks) are all borne by the user.
3.1
In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to server stability issues, the
existence of malicious network attacks and other circumstances beyond the control of MoreYu operator), the
user agrees that MoreYu operator has the right to interrupt or terminate part of the service at any time
or all MoreYu services (including paid network services). If such a situation occurs, MoreYu
operator will notify the affected users as promptly as possible through web announcements, system notifications,
private messages, SMS reminders or other reasonable means.
3.2
Users understand that the operator of MoreYu needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the
platform (such as Internet websites, applications, etc.) or related equipment that provides MoreYu
service. If the service fails within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, The operator of MoreYu
does not bear any responsibility for the interruption, but the operator of MoreYu should provide advance
notice as much as possible.
3.3
If any of the following circumstances occurs, MoreYu operator has the right to interrupt or
terminate the provision of MoreYu services (including paid services and free services) to users under this
agreement at any time without any liability to the user or any third party. Responsibility, and the resulting
losses shall be borne solely by the user:
3.3.1 The personal information provided by the user is untrue;
3.3.2 Users violate laws, regulations, national policies or the usage rules stipulated in this agreement;
3.3.3 When using paid services, users fail to pay relevant service fees as required;
3.3.4 Users infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, enterprises, institutions or social groups, including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or name rights, name rights, reputation rights, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights etc;
3.3.5 Users damage the image of regulatory authorities, state agencies and governments;
3.3.6 The user damages the goodwill or credibility and other legitimate rights and interests of MoreYu operator and its affiliated companies in any way;
3.3.7 MoreYu operator has other reasonable reasons to believe that it is necessary to interrupt or terminate MoreYu service provided to the user.
3.4
If the user does not actually use MoreYu service within any consecutive 90 days after applying for
it, MoreYu operator has the right to choose to adopt any of the following methods to deal with it
within the scope permitted by laws and regulations:
3.4.1 Recycle user nickname;
3.4.2 Recycling user accounts;
3.4.3 Stop providing MoreYu service for this user.
3.5
If the user chooses to bind MoreYu account with the third-party account cooperated by MoreYu
operator, in addition to the user unbinding the relationship on his own, if any of the following situations
occurs, the third-party account that the user has bound will also be may be unbound, and MoreYu
operator does not bear any responsibility to the user or any third party:
3.5.1 Users violate laws, regulations, national policies, and this Agreement;
3.5.2 The user violates the third-party user agreement or its relevant provisions;
3.5.3 The website to which the third-party account belongs requests to unbind;
3.5.4 The platform or business to which the third-party account belongs has been shut down;
3.5.5 In accordance with laws, regulations, national policies or requirements of the competent authorities;
3.5.6 MoreYu operator has reasonable grounds to believe that it needs to be unbound.
4.1
Users can edit the account name, nickname, avatar, profile, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "account information")
in the registration information by themselves, but they should abide by relevant laws and regulations and must not
contain illegal or harmful information.
Users who register a MoreYu account, produce, publish, and disseminate information content must use their true
identity information and personal data, and must not register with false or fraudulent resident identity information
or company-related information; if there are any changes to the user's personal data, Users should update in time.
Without authorization from the relevant rights holder, users may not register a MoreYu account in the name of
another person or other organization, nor may they use misleading information to register a MoreYu account,
including but not limited to making people mistakenly believe that the account is the same as that of other
individuals or organizations. Related names, avatars or profiles, etc.
4.2
When users create or use MoreYu accounts, in addition to using MoreYu services in accordance with this Agreement,
they must also abide by relevant laws, regulations, organizational rules and regulatory provisions.
4.2.1 If a user uses an account on behalf of an organization, the user shall ensure that the organization has authorized such use and that the account information is true, accurate and legal.
4.2.2 If a user uses MoreYu services in a professional, institutional, or regulated scenario, the user shall comply with the applicable laws, rules, internal policies, and management requirements for that scenario.
4.3
The user understands and agrees that the following information cannot be changed once submitted and confirmed by the
user. The user shall be solely responsible for any losses and consequences caused by content defects (including but
not limited to errors, incompleteness, dissatisfaction, etc.):
4.3.1 Personalized domain name for MoreYu account;
4.3.2 The account information stipulated by MoreYu operator cannot be modified after confirmation.
4.4
MoreYu operator will establish and improve the user information security management system and implement
technical security prevention and control measures. The operator of MoreYu will protect the user's privacy
content involved in the user's use of MoreYu service.
For the contents of MoreYu published or stored by users in MoreYu, MoreYu operator recommends that users back up the contents from time to time. The user understands and agrees that if the user voluntarily stops using MoreYu service by using the cancel account function or MoreYu service is terminated or canceled, MoreYu operator cannot return or provide any data to the user.
4.5
In order to maintain the stable operation of MoreYu platform and ensure the quality of user
experience, no one is allowed to implement automated behaviors or publish spam on MoreYu platform
without the prior written permission of MoreYu operator.
4.5.1 Automated behavior means that without the consent of MoreYu operator, the user himself or authorizes or assists a third party to use automated means or obviously abnormal, high-frequency methods to access services, submit requests, operate accounts, or scrape data.
4.5.2 Spam refers to unauthorized use of MoreYu accounts, account information, submitted content, or service
interactions to publish marketing information, meaningless information, fraudulent information, or other content
that interferes with normal service operation.
The user understands and agrees that MoreYu operator has the right to determine whether the user
account behavior constitutes automated behavior and whether the information posted by the user account is spam
through detection and verification in accordance with technical rules, and to take relevant measures to deal
with it. The data and information on which all processing measures are based (including but not limited to
account operation records, submitted content, request records, etc.) are based on the background records of the
MoreYu platform.
4.6
Since the existence of MoreYu service is based on the account number provided by the user when applying
for MoreYu service, users should not transfer or lend their account number and password to others. If a
user finds that his account or MoreYu service has been illegally used by others, he should immediately notify
MoreYu operator. If the account, password and MoreYu service are illegally used by others due to
reasons other than MoreYu operator, such as hacking or user negligence, the user shall bear the relevant
responsibilities.
4.7
The user agrees that the operator of MoreYu will place various commercial advertisements or any other
type of commercial information in various ways during the process of providing MoreYu services (including
but not limited to placing advertisements on any page of MoreYu platform website) , and the user
agrees to accept product promotions or other related commercial information sent to the user by the operator of
MoreYu via email, private message or other means.
4.8
In order to provide, improve, and promote MoreYu and its related products and services, the user authorizes
MoreYu operator to use content submitted through MoreYu, and to license the above content
to third parties for the purpose of promotion. The user's aforementioned authorization to MoreYu
operator and its affiliates does not change the ownership and intellectual property rights of the content
published by the user, nor does it affect the user's exercise of their legal rights to the content published.
4.9
Users should use MoreYu service in a civilized manner, respect the legitimate rights and interests of others in
accordance with the law, and jointly maintain a lawful, orderly, and reliable service environment.
4.10
Users must follow the following principles when using MoreYu service:
4.10.1 Shall not violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties or rules;
4.10.2 Do not violate network protocols, regulations, procedures and industry rules related to network services and MoreYu services;
4.10.3 Do not engage in any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;
4.10.4 You are not allowed to upload, display or disseminate any material that is untrue, counterfeit, harassing, slanderous, offensive, abusive, threatening, racially discriminatory, slanderous, privacy-revealing, pornographic Obscene, malicious plagiarism, violence, gore, suicide, self-mutilation or any other illegal information;
4.10.5 Shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any individual, enterprise, institution or social group, including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or name rights, name rights, reputation rights, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc.;
4.10.6 Shall not damage the image of state agencies and governments at all levels in any way;

4.10.8 You are not allowed to engage in any other behavior that affects the normal operation of MoreYu operator, damages MoreYu business model, or is otherwise harmful to MoreYu ecology;
4.10.9 MoreYu service shall not be used for any other illegal purpose.
4.11
Regarding the usage rules and instructions of certain specific MoreYu services, any statements, notices,
warnings, etc. made by MoreYu operator through various means (including but not limited to web
announcements, system notifications, private messages, SMS reminders, etc.) It is regarded as part of this
agreement. If the user uses such MoreYu services, the user is deemed to agree to the contents of such statements,
notices, and warnings.
4.12
The operator of MoreYu has the right to review, supervise and process the behavior and information of
users using MoreYu service, including but not limited to user information (account information,
personal information, etc.), submitted content (text, pictures, audio, video, trademarks, patents,
publications, etc.), user behavior (account operations, service requests, marketing information release,
reporting and complaints, etc.) and other categories.
4.13
If the user discovers that other users have uploaded illegal and infringing content while using MoreYu
service, the user can directly click the "Report" button to report, and the relevant personnel will verify and
handle it as soon as possible; if it involves name rights, title rights, reputation rights, To handle personal
rights disputes such as honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc., users can handle them in accordance
with relevant laws and regulations and refer to the methods disclosed in the relevant announcements of MoreYu; if
the user believes that the above methods cannot solve the problem encountered, or the user feels that there
is If it is necessary to seek help from judicial administrative agencies, users can provide feedback to the relevant
agencies as soon as possible, and MoreYu operator will cooperate with the judicial agencies' investigation
and evidence collection in accordance with the law.
5.1
The operator of MoreYu is the owner and intellectual property owner of MoreYu platform and MoreYu products.
5.2
The above-mentioned MoreYu products refer to functions, software, services, and related product forms provided to
users by MoreYu operator, its affiliates, or authorized entities through MoreYu platform.
5.3
The operator of MoreYu is the owner of all information content and intellectual property rights in the
MoreYu platform and MoreYu products. The aforementioned information content includes but is not limited
to program code, interface design, layout framework, data materials, account numbers, text, pictures, graphics,
charts, audio, video, etc., except content that should be enjoyed by relevant rights holders in accordance with laws
and regulations.
5.4
In the process of using MoreYu platform, users may use functions, software or services developed by third
parties that run on MoreYu platform. In addition to complying with the relevant provisions of this
agreement, users should also abide by the relevant provisions of the third party and respect The relevant rights of
third-party rights holders to their functions, software, services and the content contained therein.
5.5
In view of the above, the user understands and agrees:
5.5.1 Without the consent of MoreYu operator and relevant rights holders, users are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the above functions, software and services; at the same time, they are not allowed to Directly or indirectly publish, broadcast, rewrite or redistribute the above content or materials in any media for broadcast or publication, or use them for any other purpose;
5.5.2 Under the premise of using commercially reasonable efforts, the operator of MoreYu will not be responsible for the delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or any damages caused by the above-mentioned functions, software, services and the contents contained therein. Any liability of any kind to users or any third party;
5.5.3 The operator of MoreYu does not make any guarantee or joint commitment or guarantee for any of the above-mentioned functions, software, services or content provided by third parties. Any disputes, controversies or damages arising therefrom shall be borne by the user. It is resolved with the third party by itself, and the MoreYu operator does not assume any responsibility;
5.5.4 In order to better maintain MoreYu ecosystem, MoreYu operator reserves the right to dispose of the above-mentioned products or content for which MoreYu operator enjoys ownership and intellectual property rights at any time and in any way, including but not limited to modification, blocking, and deletion. or any other disposal method permitted by laws and regulations.
6.1
Protecting user privacy and other personal information is a basic policy of MoreYu. For details,
please refer to the relevant protection policy of MoreYu personal information.
7.1
Users should abide by national laws, regulations and policies when using MoreYu service. The
consequences of their behavior arising from the use of MoreYu service shall be borne by the user.
7.2
Any information posted by users through MoreYu service and any opinions transmitted through the
MoreYu service do not represent the position of MoreYu, and MoreYu is not responsible for its
completeness, authenticity, accuracy or reliability. Users should make their own judgments about illegal,
unethical, wrong or otherwise inappropriate information that they may come into contact with on MoreYu, as
well as misclassified or deceptive published content. In any case, the relevant actors shall bear full
responsibility for any losses or injuries caused by the aforementioned illegal information.
7.3
Given that the content of the web pages pointed to by external links is not under the actual control of the
MoreYu operator, MoreYu operator cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external
links set up to provide convenience to users.
7.4
MoreYu operator does not assume any responsibility for service interruptions or other defects
caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of MoreYu operator, but will try its best to
reduce the resulting losses and impact on users.
7.5
The operator of MoreYu shall bear relevant responsibilities in accordance with the law for the
MoreYu products and services it provides to users, unless otherwise stipulated by law or otherwise agreed.
7.6
The user understands and agrees that MoreYu operator may cooperate with a third party to provide
users with products (including but not limited to games, third-party applications, etc.), and the third party
will provide users with product upgrades, maintenance, customer service, etc. In the follow-up work, the third
party will be responsible for all disputes or user losses caused by the quality problems of the product or its
own reasons. The user hereby agrees to claim all rights and losses related to this from the third party.
7.7
Unless otherwise agreed, if the products or services (including but not limited to game items and props)
provided by MoreYu operator do not indicate a period of use, or the period of use indicated is "permanent"
or "indefinite" or "unlimited", the period of use is from the time the user starts using the product or service
to the date the product or service is offline in MoreYu.
8.1
If MoreYu operator violates relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this agreement and causes losses
to the user, the liability for damages caused to the user shall be borne by MoreYu operator.
8.2
The user agrees to protect and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of MoreYu operator and its
affiliated companies and other users. If the user violates relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this
agreement, the user shall indemnify MoreYu operator, its affiliated companies or any other If a third
party causes losses, the user agrees to bear liability for the resulting damages.
8.3
If MoreYu operator discovers or receives a third-party report or complaint and learns that the
user has violated or is suspected of violating Article 1 (Special Tips) or Article 4 (Usage Rules) of this
Agreement, MoreYu operator or its The authorized subject has the right to take all necessary measures
immediately without notice based on its reasonable judgment to reduce or eliminate the impact of the user's
behavior, and will notify the user after processing as much as possible. The resulting losses and consequences
(including but not limited to missed promotion opportunities, loss of marketing revenue, etc.) shall be borne
independently by the user.
8.4
Except as otherwise agreed in this Agreement, if MoreYu operator discovers or receives reports or
complaints from a third party that the user has or is suspected of violating the obligations, guarantees,
commitments or other terms agreed in this agreement, the user shall MoreYu operator shall correct it
and eliminate the impact within the period specified by MoreYu operator; if the user fails to correct
it within the aforementioned time limit, MoreYu operator or its authorized entity shall have the right
to immediately take all necessary measures based on its reasonable judgment to mitigate or eliminate the impact
caused by the user's behavior. Impact, and users will be notified after processing as much as possible. The
resulting losses and consequences (including but not limited to missed promotion opportunities, loss of
marketing revenue, etc.) shall be borne independently by the user.
8.5
"All necessary measures" described in 8.3 and 8.4 of this Agreement include but are not limited to one or
more of the following:
8.5.1 Change, delete or block relevant content;
8.5.2 Warn illegal accounts and ban accounts;
8.5.3 Freeze user account funds to compensate for losses caused by users to MoreYu operator, its affiliated companies, and others;
8.5.4 Change, restrict or prohibit some or all functions of the offending account;
8.5.5 Suspend, restrict or terminate the user’s right to use MoreYu service, cancel the user account, etc.;
8.5.6 Report to relevant regulatory authorities or national agencies;
8.5.7 Other measures deemed reasonable by MoreYu operator.
9.1
The operator of MoreYu has the right to modify any terms of this agreement at any time. Once the
content of this agreement changes, the operator of MoreYu will publish the modified content of the
agreement on MoreYu platform. The operator of MoreYu may also choose Notify users of
modified content through other appropriate means (such as system notifications).
9.2
If you do not agree with the modifications made by MoreYu operator to the relevant terms of this
agreement, the user has the right to stop using MoreYu service. If the user continues to use the
MoreYu service, it will be deemed that the user has accepted the modifications made by MoreYu
operator to the relevant terms of this agreement.
10.1
All notifications to users by the operator of MoreYu under this agreement may be made through web
announcements, emails, system notifications, active contact with MoreYu management account, private
messages, mobile phone text messages or regular mail transmission; such notifications are sent after It will be
deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on that date.
10.2
The user's notification to MoreYu operator shall be delivered through the correspondence address, fax
number, email address and other contact information officially announced by MoreYu operator.
11.1
The formation, execution and interpretation of this agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be
governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
11.2
If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the
parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may
file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction.
12.1
If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining
provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
12.2
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall be ignored when interpreting this Agreement and
shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the terms of this Agreement.
